Implement a new CRM system to enable enhanced collaboration, data collection and stakeholder management by 30 June 2024

Throughout the 2023-24 financial year, the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform was developed to operational requirements and deployed. This significant project has resulted in a new CRM to ensure consistent information management practice across all forms of communication and engagement between QCOSS and its members, contacts, media, partners, and all other key stakeholders.

As of June 2024, the new CRM is live and QCOSS staff are being upskilled, trained and are utilising the platform to manage stakeholder relationships, build and engage networks and distribute targeted communications to the sector. Dynamics is expected to provide a multitude of benefits to QCOSS moving forward, including improved user engagement metrics and increased opportunities to better connect with and grow our member base.

Maintaining standards
and quality

We underwent a full review for ISO9001 2016 Quality Management and achieved recertification under the AS/NZS 9001:2016 standard.

The recertification shows the continued development of effective and well documented quality management systems aligned to that ISO standard.
