By improving QCOSS’ internal systems, we ensure that our sector-facing work is consistently high quality, and we are continuously improving our efficiency and effectiveness. 

Highlights:

 

  • Enhanced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM: Following its deployment in 2023–24, the platform continued to be enhanced throughout 2024–25. Regular evaluations identified gaps and training needs, supporting improved data quality, stronger engagement metrics, improved stakeholder experiences and greater opportunities to connect with and grow our member base. 

 

  • Achieved ISO 9001 recertification: Successfully completed the review and audit process, achieving recertification under the AS/NZS 9001:2016 Quality Management standard. This demonstrates our ongoing commitment to effective, well-documented systems that meet international benchmarks. 

 

  • Strengthened cybersecurity and awareness: Introduced an advanced cyber security standard for QCOSS through CyberCert Gold standard accreditation SMB1001. The certification demonstrates verifiable compliance to stakeholders with third-party validation enhancing ICT credibility. To further build organisational resilience, QCOSS also implemented a managed security awareness program through Arctic Wolf, delivering regular micro-learning modules to embed strong cyber-safe practices and reduce risk. 

 

  • Enhanced project management capability: QCOSS continued to embed and enhanced how projects are managed in 2024–25 through Monday.com. Ongoing evaluation and refinement have strengthened project and contract management practices, supported resource and workload planning, improved tracking and reporting, and enhanced collaboration and communication across teams. 

 

  • Established corporate Information Management Policy: This new policy supports the consistent management of QCOSS information and ensures the right information, and records are available to the right person, in the right format and medium, at the right time.
