Cultivate a culture that supports highly valued and engaged staff to deliver excellent, impactful work
QCOSS has strengthened its commitment to a positive, high-performing culture by finalising a sector-leading EBA, enhancing internal communication and leveraging employee feedback to drive alignment and organisational success.
A new Enterprise Bargaining Agreement
After an extensive consultation process with QCOSS staff, QCOSS staff union representatives and The Services Union, a new Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA) was finalised and came into effect during September 2024 after approval from the Fair Work Commission.
The new QCOSS EBA is sector-leading and formalises improved conditions and entitlements for QCOSS staff. It will be reviewed again during 2027.
